We are looking for an exceptional receptionist to join our team at Classic Couriers.
The receptionist plays a crucial role within our busy office. We require a well presented, and enthusiastic person, who strives on providing high customer service and the ability to multi-task.
This position requires an organised and proactive person.
Some of your roles will include :
- General Reception / Office duties
- Answering phones
- Updating daily spreadsheets, data entry & database entry
- Maintaining office supplies
- Booking in courier jobs regularly
- Scanning documents
- Excellent competency in English
- Flexibility and high level of attention to detail are important
- Ability to listen, learn and consult with co-workers
- Ability to work independently and in a team when required.
- Capacity to focus priorities and to organise work delivered on time
- Flexibility to work under pressure and to respond quickly to new demands.
