Bar / Gaming Attendant

Located in the heart of Hornsby, The Hornsby Inn is a large suburban hotel offering four bars, delicious food from In House Bistro, Drive Through Bottle Shop and accommodation.

With Live Music every Friday and Saturday Nights, Karaoke on Thursday nights and Open Mic Night on once a month, we always have something on that keeps people coming back.

You must also hold a current RSA and RCG. We are open from 10am until 3am so those who are willing and able to work in a variety of hours is highly sought after, specifically, being able to work Friday and Saturday nights. We will be looking to commence employment immediately.

• Must hold a current RSA and RCG
• Have flexible hours - available day / night and weekend / weekday work
• Available at short notice
• Experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Shows initiative and driven to achieve and overcome challenges
• Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)
• Working in a range of bars
• Accurately prepare and serve all beverages as ordered by patrons (including standard drink, cocktails and pouring beers), ensuring the responsible service of alcohol principles and liquor licensing regulations are applied at all times,
• Taking food and drink orders, by processing accurate transactions,
• Maintain a clean, presentable and inviting environment,
• Restocking bars as required,
• Informing the Duty Manager upon refusing service of alcohol to any patron, or if the need is required,
• Providing gaming patrons with the highest level of customer services,
• learn to troubleshoot and fix gaming machines.
