The role of the Talent Acquisition Advisor is to partner with our Talent Acquisition team to drive our group mission to build a diverse team of original thinkers across some of the most recognisable agency brands in the Creative & Media Communications industry in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on our nine businesses (Bohemia, M&C Saatchi, Re, Sports & Entertainment, Yes Agency, ThisFilm, The Source, Greenhouse and M&C Performance). This role is part of the M&C Saatchi Group's People & Culture team working across a portfolio of assigned brands to deliver diverse and original thinking talent to your business partners, while building proactive talent pipelines and networks across both reactive and proactive hiring requirements for ANZ roles. As the Advisor in the team you'll work across junior to mid-level roles with a mix of permanent and freelance role requirements. As part of the P&C team you'll get to partner with P&C leaders on key projects to help with talent attraction and retention across our network.
