• The Role
• We are seeking full time Rehabilitation Consultants / Rehabilitation Counsellors to join us in Southwest, Western Sydney, Inner west and Lower North Shore regions.
• Assist clients to return to work and / or to pre-accident status.
• Case management of Workers Compensation & CTP claims.
• Develop quality early intervention strategies and return to work plans.
• Liaise with all key stakeholders.
• Assistance with job seeking and labour market analysis

About You :

• Degree in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy or relevant fields.
• Full registration with AHPRA or eligibility for provisional registration with AHPRA
• Organised team player who are willing to adapt, learn and improve.
• Strong ability to maintain strong working relationships with clients and referrers.
• Able to obtain Professional indemnity insurance, a valid police check
• A willingness to develop interpersonal, communication and report writing skills.
• Current drivers license and own vehicle.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Cultural awareness and foreign language capabilities an advantage.
