This is a full-time role for a Behaviour Support Practitioner, located on-site in Sydney, NSW. The Behaviour Support Practitioner will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior support plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, providing ongoing training and support to clients and their support teams, and monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of interventions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
