About the role
Reporting to a dynamic, skills-based Board, this role requires, vision, ambition, creativity, energy, and presence. With a high performing team in place and a track record of sector leadership, innovation, and dedication to backing people to thrive, the next CEO will need to pick up the baton and continue the momentum.
To be successful you will :
- Be a leader (either current CEO or senior executive) in the community sector
- Evidence values-led, person-centred organisational leadership
- Have a deep knowledge of, and relevant networks in government, research institutions and the sector
- Have domain expertise in services delivery in social services, or similar
- Understand the process of, and have secured funding from a variety of sources
- Have exceptional visionary and inspirational interpersonal skills and be equally comfortable engaging 1 : 1 or in front of large audiences
- Understand first-hand the risk, governance, financial, commercial, compliance and contractual obligations
- Have experience reporting to a Board
