We have an opportunity for a passionate support worker to join our esteemed team.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver personalised, person-centred support to individuals with disabilities in alignment with their unique goals and needs.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and general household duties.
• Facilitate access to community services and encourage participation in social, recreational, and community-based activities.
• Follow and implement tailored care plans and support strategies as outlined for each client.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment that upholds clients' dignity, rights, and independence.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely records of all supports and services delivered.
• QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a disability support role.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• NEW NDIS Induction Module.
• ALL other NDIS / online modules.
• National Police Check.
• Comprehensive Care Insurance.
• 100 Points of ID

Pay : $34.00 - $36.00 per hour
