• don't travel more than 30 minutes
• to see participants.

• Selection Criteria - What You'll Need
• NDIS Commission Suitability
• you meet the requirements as a Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Capability Framework - at CORE or PROFICIENT level.
• Strong Communication Skills
• clear, compassionate communication is your superpower. You build rapport with ease and can engage meaningfully with clients, families, support teams, and professionals.
• Proven Experience
• you bring demonstrated experience working in behaviour support, backed by references that reflect your integrity, commitment, and impact.
• Relevant Qualifications
• a completed
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Mental Health, or a related field.
• Membership with a recognised professional body
• e.g., AASW, AHPRA, PACFA, BSPA) is required.
• Training & Development Skills
• you're confident in preparing, delivering, and evaluating tailored training packages for individuals or support teams.
• Innovative & Autonomous Thinker
• you work well independently, think creatively, and love solving problems that help people live more meaningful, inclusive lives.
• Ethical & Evidence-Based
• your practice is underpinned by the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines. You are confident in your understanding of Restrictive Practices and are committed to least-restrictive, person-centred support.
