Customer Service Officer

Based in Smithfield in western Sydney we are searching for an experienced Customer Service officer to provide support to our Warehouse team for inbound and outbound shipments. In this role, you will be required to coordinate receipt and dispatch of orders, and assist customers with their shipping enquiries.

• Previous (1-3 years) experience in a customer service and / or warehouse role as a minimum.
• Computer literacy and understanding of MS Office suite
• Previous experience in a database management system (data entry, etc) ideal
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Sound problem solving, attention to detail and documenting skills
• Demonstrated understanding of customer service and committed to effectively meet their needs in a helpful and professional manner.
