We are seeking a driven sales leader to spearhead NCS Australia's growth in Canberra, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue and profit targets. As part of our Markets team, you'll collaborate with Sales, Capabilities, and Delivery teams to build strong client relationships and promote the NCS brand in the Australian market. You'll have full autonomy over your patch, allowing you to influence offerings and make a genuine impact.
In this role, you will develop strategies to grow our client base and drive market presence, particularly within the federal government space. You'll manage key accounts, create value propositions, and craft innovative solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals and deliver profitable outcomes. A strong understanding of federal government sectors, including intelligence, law enforcement, and trade, will be advantageous.
