Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. As the Coordinator Safety Systems reporting to the Manager Safety Systems, you will be part of a dynamic Safety Team and will be primarily responsible for coordinating and supporting the ongoing compliance with Network Aviation safety systems across operational safety and quality, WHS, environment and security disciplines. Your role will entail working with various functional Safety Business partners to ensure safety is upheld.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) :
Safety Management System coordination including monitoring and reporting on the health of the safety system by leveraging a data driven approachDrive safety promotion and training across the business in a consistent and transparent mannerEngaging business stakeholders to support SMS processes including safety administration assistance such us daily report tracking, preparing and support for safety meetings and others as requiredTasks relevant to your role as required by the Manager Safety Systems and other Safety managersTo be successful in this role, you'll have :
