• Casual Food & Beverage Attendants
• to join our team across our Food & Beverage Operation including
• Banquets and Outlets (Gazebo Restaurant, Harvest Restaurant & Barracks Bar).

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be involved in the service delivery of all Food & Beverage items to our guests. This includes set up and pack down of equipment such as tables, chairs and table settings, greeting and seating guests in a timely, efficient and friendly manner and serving of food and beverages. Furthermore, you will work cohesively as a team to ensure that meal periods and / or events run smoothly and our services are delivered to the highest standard.

For this vital role, we're looking for someone with :

• A real passion for providing seamless service to ensure a memorable guest experience
• A dynamic, vibrant, confident and professional personality
• Previous experience within a food & beverage customer service role, preferably within a hotel environment
• A current New South Wales Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
• Superior communication skills
• High standard of personal presentation
• The flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• The legal requirements to work in this country

Weekends are the busiest time at the hotel so you will be required to work weekends
