The opportunity
A SHAPE Bid Coordinator is the collector and creator. They are the central point of contact, working with all parts of the business to pool together resources and create kick ass submissions. As part of your responsibilities you will;
- Compile all documentation, proof and prepare tender submissions for approval.
- Format, print and bind submissions to a high design standard.
- Establish and manage Bid Action Plans for delivery of submission requirements.
- Maintain and update Bid & Strategy documentation / information database.
- Draft and edit executive summaries as required.
- Provide client research and background analysis to the bid lead.
- Provide effective communication & collaboration with internal stakeholders of each tender.
- Identify improvement strategies throughout the bid process.
- Create dynamic opportunities and maximise the customer experience.
- Work with internal stakeholders to determine the bid response strategy.
About you
To become a SHAPIAN there are a few skills you’ll need in your toolkit;
- Experience in a Graphic Design, Communications or Tender Submissions coordinator role.
- Design skills with a flair for creativity and imagination.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders.
- Experience in communication design, styling, and branding awareness.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines, well organised and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a team and interact with relevant stakeholders of specific tender.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Acrobat (Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency would also be desirable), MS Office products, and social media platforms
