We're a thriving country pub in the heart of Tamworth which prides itself on great food and drinks, entertainment, and excellent customer service.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join a small, dynamic, and creative team.

The ideal candidate enjoys a challenging work environment, is passionate about hospitality, and aims to advance their career in this industry.

You must have at least three years of experience in a similar role to be considered.

This is a full-time position with shift work, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with the Licensee and other managers

Ensure a positive patron experience during your shift

Manage the venue, staff, and customer experience during shifts

Assist in all aspects of the business, including front-of-house operations, staff recruitment, accounting, stock control, and marketing

Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers

Perform other duties within the hotel as required

Participate in training and development opportunities to grow within the business

Applicants must hold a current NSW RSA and RCG certificate, have full working rights in Australia, and be the perfect fit for the role.
