Business Analyst (18-Month Contract)

SkyCity Adelaide is currently seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a multi-year transformation program on an 18-month contract.

About The Opportunity Reporting to the Program Director, this role involves providing business analysis expertise to support the program and operational units in defining, planning, and delivering transformation initiatives. The focus will be on stakeholder engagement, process mapping ('as is' and 'to be'), documenting requirements, and creating SOPs, guides, FAQs, and user documentation. The role also includes supporting change management during implementation and post go-live phases.

About You You should have proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex organizations, supporting large programs with skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and change delivery. Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder management skills are essential. You must be analytical, strategic, and an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
