Our Graduate Program :

Our Graduate Program is now open for newly graduated Registered Nurses (within 18 months of graduation). Places in our Program are offered on a full-time basis, working 38 hours per week.

Note : If you are unable to commit to 38 hours a week, we may be able to consider a commitment of a minimum of 30 hours a week pending placement availability.

Our Program is designed to consolidate your clinical skills and leadership capability in a structured, supportive, and caring environment whilst providing you with mentorship and exposure to the many rewarding facets of a nursing career in aged care.

There are 2 intake dates available in 2024 :

• 5 February 2024
• 12 August 2024

Our Graduate Program includes four, 3-month long placements over 12 months, covering the following areas of Nursing :
