They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join their team, with an uncapped professional development allowance and mentoring support to help you reach your career goals. Your day to day will include :

• Providing evidence based therapy services to Adult NDIS clients around Brisbane CBD
• Work from their office located in Fortitude Valley to attend team meetings, see clients and collaborate with team members
• Assist with services including home modifications, functional assessments, home safety assessments and assistive technology
• Service clients in a limited radius near your home location
• Ensure customers receive tailored services that are individualised & outcomes focused
• Conducts relevant therapeutic assessment with clients developing the resulting reports & plans
• Deliver a variety of one-on-one or group based activities in a range of settings including onsite and in the community
• Record accurate and timely notes & billing relating to activities & outcomes for clients
• Meet billable hours targets of 5 hours per day after induction (includes report writing, face to face and travel)

Requirements :

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Drivers licence and own vehicle
