Sheetmetal workshop located in Bayswater - Specialised in aircon ductwork

We are looking for laggers to join our team, primary responsibilities are :

• Preparation of Duct Sections for Insulation
• Inspect completed ductwork.
• Installation of Insulation Materials
• Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials (e.g. Glasswool blanket or board, Armaflex, polyester, acoustic liner ) to ductwork.
• Install both internal and external insulation as per specifications.
• Application of Protective Cladding
• Use tools like tin snips, knives, staple guns, and adhesives.
• Taping, Sealing and Finishing
• Seal all joints, seams, and penetrations using appropriate tapes, mastics, or glue.
• Ensure insulation is neat, secure, and free from gaps or damage.
• Use of Tools and Machinery
• Operate cutting tables, guillotines, and measuring tools safely and accurately.
• Maintain tools in good working condition.

Experience appreciated but not necessary.

Pay rate to be discussed depending on experience.
