This is an amazing opportunity for an Administration & Reception Assistant to work 2 days a week, Mondays and Tuesdays, in a mid-tier accounting firm based in the CBD.

The OpportunityIn this role you will work with a fabulous team that have a strong team focus and are very supportive.
Some of your duties will includeAdministration of incoming ATO client correspondence via ATOmate software.Assist in maintaining various client databases in APS, Tax Agents Portal, ASIC.Back up and assist with New Client, Exit Client and client work-in processes.Back up and assist with debt collection services through Fee Synergy.Back up and assist with Reception and front of house services.Back up and assist with scanning and filing into the document management system.Will be trained in all administration functions to provide back-up support for other administration team members when they are on leave or away.Other duties as required.Benefits includePart-time role 2 days a week - Mondays and Tuesdays!!!Health and wellbeing initiativesEmployee Assistance Program1 RDO a month!Regular social events and functionsCompetitive salaryAbout youAccounting industry experience - processes, terminology, software etc.Professional office service experience.Good IT skills and excellent MS Office skills.Excellent client service and communication skills.Excellent organisation and task / time management skills.Good team player with a friendly personality.How to ApplyAPPLYbutton.Alternatively, you can contact
