This is an amazing opportunity for an Administration & Reception Assistant to work 2 days a week, Mondays and Tuesdays, in a mid-tier accounting firm based in the CBD.

  • The Firm
  • Our client is a mid-tier firm with a beautiful office based in the CBD. They have a very supportive team culture and are looking for someone that would add to that. They continue to grow at a steady rate and are now looking for a Part time Administration & Reception Assistant.

  • The Opportunity
  • In this role you will work with a fabulous team that have a strong team focus and are very supportive.

  • Some of your duties will include
  • Administration of incoming ATO client correspondence via ATOmate software.
  • Assist in maintaining various client databases in APS, Tax Agents Portal, ASIC.
  • Back up and assist with New Client, Exit Client and client work-in processes.
  • Back up and assist with debt collection services through Fee Synergy.
  • Back up and assist with Reception and front of house services.
  • Back up and assist with scanning and filing into the document management system.
  • Will be trained in all administration functions to provide back-up support for other administration team members when they are on leave or away.
  • Other duties as required.

  • Accounting industry experience - processes, terminology, software etc.
  • Professional office service experience.
  • Good IT skills and excellent MS Office skills.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and task / time management skills.
  • Good team player with a friendly personality.
