Scania is excited to now be offering a 4 day compressed week for our afternoon shift technicians! A great opportunity to have the work life balance we are all looking for, 3-day weekends working Monday – Thursday from 3 : 30pm – 1 : 30am.

• 4 day compressed working week, Monday to Thursday 3.30pm – 2.00am
• Above market salary with an hourly rate of $34 - $47 per hour (based on experience), plus super, overtime, shift penalties and tool allowance

Your day to day

• Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of highly trained technician and apprentices
• Monitor Technician productivity to ensure customer expectations are met
• Ensure your team have appropriate skills, tools and resources

About you

• You will hold a Certificate III HV Diesel Technician qualification
• Lead by example - enjoy mentoring, coaching and training
• Proven experience working as a Heavy Vehicle Technician
• Take pride in quality workmanship and doing things right
• Thrive on ensuring customer satisfaction through your work and how you support your team – happy customers means happy you!
