The Australian team is hiring a Communications & Engagement Manager to lead communications and customer engagement from individuals in need to charities and community organisations, supporting local initiatives.
Based in Sydney, you will be part of a global team driving generosity and access to help worldwide.
The Job
- Working closely with local and global communications leads to design and implement earned and owned media strategies in Australia.
- Amplifying fundraiser stories, trends and movements across earned and owned media.
- Keeping up with industry trends and identifying innovative ways to introduce new product offerings to the local market.
- Driving customer engagement through scalable customer success and coaching strategies.
- Seeing end‑to‑end delivery of partnerships with creators, agencies, and community organisations.
- The main point of contact between the Australian and global product teams, recommending localisation strategies for new fundraising tools and providing internal feedback to support continuous product improvement.
