About the position : We have an exciting opportunity to join our Hobart team as an Account Manager, in a role where you can make an impact! This role is designed for someone hungry for sales, who thrives on working lead generation and is passionate about getting out and building relationships with our customers.This role will be responsible for supporting and growing our Residential and Commercial customers and is a full-time, permanent opportunity. This role is based at our Hobart location, supporting our Tasmanian customers so some travel will be required. Best suited to someone who loves to take ownership of their own days and be on the road! Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while proactively expanding Stramit’s Sheds & Outdoor customer base.
• Develop and implement segment planning strategies, monitor KPI’s and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure best customer experience.
• Monitoring customer activity and market conditions to identify new and innovative opportunities.
• Utilise various systems such as Salesforce CRM
