Job Description

Location : 3025 SW 104th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73159

Shift : PRN, 7a-7p or 1p-1a

Under general supervision, provides preventative and health care to an assigned group of patients or clients in the OU Health facility.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist with nursing assessments through data collection, observation, and vital signs.
• Provide care according to established nursing plans.
• Observe and report significant changes in patient conditions.
• Provide routine ostomy care, NG tube placement and feeding, oxygen therapy, suctioning, and tracheotomy site care.
• Administer medications via various routes.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians.
• Function as Surgical Tech if the position is in the operating room.

Perform other duties as assigned.
