About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Product Trainer to join our Enterprise Products Team, supporting the adoption and continuous improvement of our enterprise systems—including Workday, Global Portal and other key platforms. In this role, you’ll design and deliver engaging training programs that empower users, enhance product adoption, and support business transformation.

You’ll collaborate with product owners, support teams, and business stakeholders to ensure training is aligned with evolving product capabilities and business needs.

You’ll be recognised and valued within a supportive team and have the flexibility to work from home and in the office. You can be based in any major Australian city.

About the Team

The Enterprise Products Team is responsible for the strategic delivery, support, and optimisation of enterprise-wide products. We focus on user enablement, change management, and continuous improvement to ensure our products deliver real value across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop support resources such as one-pagers, feature overview videos, and eLearning modules to drive adoption of new functionality and uplift digital confidence.

Design and facilitate interactive learning sessions (e.g. product walkthroughs, webinars, MS Teams training) tailored to different user types and needs.

Partner with support teams, business units, and product managers to align training with evolving product features and business processes.

Evaluate training effectiveness and incorporate feedback to improve learning outcomes.

Develop and manage product-related communications, including updates, guides, and intranet content.

Organise and maintain training resources for accessibility and reuse.

Provide ongoing support to learners and help resolve training-related queries.

Helping learners resolve technical issues and answer questions related to the training content.

Create and maintain content for the Chat Agent Knowledge Base, ensuring articles are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with the broader content strategy.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a product or systems training role.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience managing internal communications and digital content (e.g. SharePoint, intranet).

Ability to translate complex product features into clear, user-friendly training.

Experience delivering live training and creating digital learning materials.

Ability to create new learning materials from scratch, including feature videos, one-pagers, or eLearning modules.

Familiarity with knowledge base platforms and content structuring best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) is highly regarded

Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail and tone.

Confident facilitator across in-person, virtual, and recorded formats.

Creative approach to developing training and communication assets.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Ability to apply learning principles and user-centred design to content and training experiences.

Experience conducting learning needs analyses (LNA) and developing tailored training plans.

Proficiency in Camtasia, Snagit, Articulate 360, Clipchamp, Microsoft 365

Experience with Workday and / or other enterprise platforms is highly regarded.
