Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
3PL management and development - Actively engage and document delivery runs / schedules based on restrictions (tank levels, vehicle access / availability constraints)
Providing after-sales support and addressing customer queries and complaints
Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
Assist with end-of-month financial enquiries matching invoices and drive improvements to the reconciliation process.
Providing administrative support to the Supply Chain team as required
Key requirements
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in order management and after-sales support is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in the warehouse as required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
