We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sustainability Lead to join a well-established building services consultancy in Perth. This role is ideal for a candidate with a passion for sustainable design and experience delivering environmentally responsible solutions within the built environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate sustainability principles into building services design.
• Work as a project lead across sustainability projects.
• Conduct energy modelling, thermal comfort analysis, daylight simulations, and other environmental assessments.
• Advise clients on sustainability strategies, including achieving Green Star, NABERS, WELL, and other environmental certifications.
• Prepare sustainability reports, technical documentation, and submission materials for rating tools.
• Attend client meetings and confidently represent the sustainability discipline in project discussions.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation, trends, and industry best practices.
