About The Role The role involves completing assessments, developing treatment plans, report writing, advocacy, case management, counselling, and trauma-informed care. Essential skills include interpersonal skills, cultural competence, self-care, and active listening. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm. The team comprises five dedicated professionals committed to evidence-based treatment, including scheduled counselling, case management, court reports, and follow-ups with GPs or other services.
Orientation includes mentorship and 30, 60, & 90-day review conversations with an action plan for training needs. Location is negotiable among Dubbo, Coonabarabran, and Coonamble.
