Wauchope Country Club is situated in the heart of Wauchope on the Mid North Coast, approximately 20 minutes west of Port Macquarie, with a population of 6,000. The club has around 4,500 members and 40 staff. Facilities include a championship 18-hole golf course, 2 bowling greens, TAB, Keno, a separate family dining area with a play area, and a function room seating approximately 160.

We are currently looking to fill the position of Greenkeeper / Experienced Groundsperson. The successful applicant will join a course maintenance team focused on fulfilling the potential of the site while providing exceptional playing facilities.

Key Responsibilities : Provide the highest standard of course presentation and playing conditionsQualifications : Demonstrated ability within the industry3+ years' experience as a Greenkeeper / Groundsperson (beneficial)Certificate III in Horticulture (Turf) (advantageous)Chemical Application licence (beneficial)Valid driver's license and eligible to work full-time within AustraliaEffective listening, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work with diverse backgroundsThorough, organized, and detail-oriented approach to workAbility to plan, prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, and meet deadlinesPrior course construction experience (advantageous)The successful applicant will enjoy a vibrant club atmosphere and an appropriate remuneration package.
