The opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, talented, and well-rounded Retail Manager to lead the stunning Emporium store. No stranger to a challenge, your responsibilities will include :

• Drive teams to increase profit margins
• Achieving sales targets, comparative growth and KPI's
• Stock control and ensuring sell-through
• Performance managing & people development
• Succession planning and performance managing

Ultimately, we are looking for a Manager who has the capability to foster growth and to manage and motivate a growing team. Hands on, sales focused and a self-motivator will fit the mould.

• Ideally
• you will have
• Experience in luggage, leather or bags
• Excellent Leadership ability
• A passion for retail & customer service
• Exposure to huge stock levels, visual merchandising and stock management
