Senior Retail Manager – Luxury Jewellery | Perth CBD

Solid Gold Diamonds is growing and we’re searching for a dynamic, polished, and results-driven Sales Leader to join our high-performing management team.

Based in the heart of Perth’s CBD, our showroom offers an unforgettable space to showcase world-class designs – crafted right here in-house.

The Role

As a key member of our management team, you will :

Collaborate with the General Retail Manager to drive performance and exceed sales targets
Inspire, coach, and mentor a talented team of jewellery consultants
Lead from the front – closing sales and delivering exceptional customer service
Foster long-term relationships with loyal clientele and new luxury customers
Contribute to team culture and uphold the Solid Gold Diamonds brand values

About You

You’re a confident and well-presented professional with a strong background in luxury sales. You bring :

Proven retail leadership and team development experience

A track record of exceeding personal and team sales goals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for fine jewellery and the ability to convey its story and value

Prior experience with a manufacturing jeweller is highly regarded, but not essential

Full-time position with rotating monthly rosters (Two weekends off a month!)
