Randstad are on the lookout for experienced care coordinators & care managers (residential aged care) who are looking for their contract

About the Role :

As the Care Manager / clinical manager / care coordinator you will work closely with the Facility Manager to ensure the best possible care and services to residents.

You will provide expert clinical guidance and effectively manage clinical and lifestyle systems and processes to promote resident’s safety, well-being and quality of life.

As a clinical leader you will provide effective management, leadership, support and direction to staff and ensure the requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards and other Commonwealth reporting are met.

Typical tasks include, but are not limited to :

that the facility complies with all regulatory requirements.

evidence-based care approaches.

feedback.

policies.

being of residents.

Key Requirements :

accreditation processes, Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC), electronic care

management systems and OH&S legislation.

Preferred

with electronic case management systems.
