About the Role

Based in Alice Springs, you’ll deliver client-focused social work support alongside legal services, with a focus on First Nations women. Your work will include :

Case management and advocacy across housing, health, safety, and wellbeing

Coordinating outreach and court support in Tennant Creek and remote communities

Delivering community education, training and e-learning

Supporting sector capability with audits, consultations, and service mapping

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualification in Social Work and eligibility for registration

Understanding of domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV)

Experience supporting women with complex needs, especially in First Nations contexts

Excellent communication, self-care, and teamwork skills

Bonus points if you have experience in :

Adult education, facilitation or training

Working in regional or remote Aboriginal communities

You’ll need or be able to obtain :

NT Driver Licence

Ochre Card (Working with Children)

National Police Check
