Solution Architect (Servicenow)

Reason Group is looking for strategic and experienced Solution Architects (Permanent role) with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone ready to shape how modern, scalable platforms can deliver impact across government and complex public sector environments.As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will work closely with Reason Group's delivery teams and clients to design and deliver future-ready solutions across transformation programs.

You will play a key role in ensuring our platforms are well-integrated, secure, and aligned with client needs, while supporting pre-sales, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Design : Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across CSM, HRSD, PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications.Lead the transition of legacy systems (e.g., Temenos Journey Manager) to ServiceNow, leveraging OOTB forms and case management.Define integration strategies with enterprise platforms including Azure, Microsoft 365, and external APIs.Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with business units, delivery teams, and security architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cyber standards.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution blueprints.Implementation & Governance : Guide configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow modules using Agile and DevOps practices.Establish and maintain architectural documentation, including current and future state diagrams.Support platform upgrades, release planning, and roadmap development.Innovation & Enablement : Evaluate new ServiceNow features (e.g., Now Assist, AIOps, HealthScan) and recommend adoption strategies.Provide technical qualification and solution designs in presales activities.What makes you a great fit?8+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, with 4+ years in ServiceNow solution design and implementation.Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, and Service Mapping.Experience with ServiceNow integrations, API design, and data migration strategies.Strong understanding of security, identity management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., PSPF, ISM).Familiarity with public sector digital transformation and case management workflows.Why join us?Reason Group is committed to attracting individuals eager to advance their careers, bring unique skills, and deliver value to clients daily.
