We love our donuts (and pies!) and it truly makes our day when we can assist our customers to make the difficult choice as what today's treat will be as they gaze at our wall of choices.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for new opportunities in a growing retail brand.

Tasks & responsibilities :

Providing an outstanding customer experience;
Setting up, filling and adjusting displays as required;
Upselling;
Preparing cold beverages (milk shakes (have you tried one yet!) & iced drinks);
Food safety requirements - temperature checks and recording;
Cleaning duties throughout the store.

Qualifications and Experience :

Demonstrated customer service skills;

You will have a positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks required to perform.

Enjoy the challenge of upselling;

Excellent organisational skills;

Exposure to a fast paced environment;

Prior retail or food experience will be highly regarded but is not essential;

Shift Available : Weekend (Closing Shift)

Would be helpful if can do opening & closing shifts during the week

Job Types

Part-time hours : 15-25 per week

Salary

15.00 - $25.00 per hour
