Shine is of the best-connected, award winning Rec2Rec agencies in Australia and we are seeking an experienced recruiter to join the team.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 6-months experience in a recruitment agency. You don't have to have any Business Development experience but outbound phone experience and thinking on your feet will help you in this role.

  • Rec2Rec - What's it all about?
  • Responsible for sourcing recruitment professionals at all levels from Trainee Consultants, Recruitment Consultants, and Senior Managers for agencies across Australia.
  • Posting job adverts, headhunting recruiters from LinkedIn, and job boards (Seek Talent Search). This is a very proactive headhunting role.
  • Identify talent and persuade people to interview.
  • CV screening and face to face interviews (VC or in person)
  • Building key relationships with the team throughout the business
  • Facilitating interviews and being prompt with feedback and process
  • About you
  • Previous experience in recruitment is ideal but if you are from a sales background please reach out for a chat.
  • Strong communication skills and sales background.
  • Self-motivated, motivated by helping people and building relationships
  • Money motivated

  • Salary $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience + commission
