We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on design leadership, values collaborative project work, and has a passion for delivering high quality landscape outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects from concept to completion
Drive creative direction and design conversations
Oversee detaileddocumentation and construction packages
Manage project timelines and budgets
Coordinate with consultants and contractors
Conduct site visits, cost planning, and specification writing
Mentor and support junior staff
Contribute to business development and submissions

Qualifications

5-10 years’ experience in landscape architecture

Strong design and documentation skills

Advanced knowledge of construction detailing

Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite; Revit / Lumion a plus

Excellent plant knowledge

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Familiarity with Australian standards and regulatory frameworks

Experience managing client relationshipsand project budgets
