• Your key responsibilities will include
• Working with the advisors & clients to assist them with assessing, recommending & establishing the optimum loans & loan structures
• Maintaining a high standard of submission quality
• Assessing the maximum borrowing capacities & servicing assessments to liaise with the client for an exceptional customer experience
• Ensuring a high conversion rate from opportunity to settlement
• Skills & experience
• Cert IV in Mortgage Lending & Finance Broking or equivalent
• Proven experience in residential lending
• Great skills in client communication & follow up which leads to closing deals
• Strong ability to form & maintain relationships across all levels of business & clientele
