This leading and trusted institution is the largest provider of practice-focused training to its students and has a commitment to deliver innovative training practices that enables them to capitalise the available opportunities and support their profession.
Due to a staff member going on maternity leave, this team is looking to hire a service desk person that will be working in a fast-paced environment managing customer / member requests promptly and efficiently, on-going month to month extensions likely.
They are also looking for an immediate start that can diagnose and troubleshoot incidents in an effective and efficient manner to meet the IT department's operational objectives.
Your dayday activities includeProvide high-level support by resolving issues at Level 1-2 and escalating issues when required to relevant teamsSupport of mix of Windows and Mac OS as well as IOS & Android devicesAdhering to SLAs with a strong customer acumenExperience requiredMinimum 2 years working in IT SupportExperience with ServiceNowExcellent command of English language (verbal and written)Desirable experienceTeamViewer or similar remote support softwareCisco Webex troubleshooting experienceMicrosoft TeamsSharepoint, OneDrive, and Google Drive
