Out team has a passion for finding the right person for the right role in the day to day placement of health care staff in a variety of health related environments, in Metro and Regional locations.

• About the role
• Providing first point of contact for telephone queries
• Daily scheduling of temporary health workers both Regional and Metro
• Co-ordinate temporary workforce in a variety of Health Care facilities
• Assisting with compliance for all health care workers.
• Provide feedback to our recruiters of market gaps
• Maintain contact with clients to identify additional shortfalls

• Advanced computer, database and administrative skills
• Attention to detail in all areas of your work
• High level multi-tasking skills Scheduling / Rostering experience.
• Proficient in customer service
• The ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships with internal and external stake holders
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment across multiple projects.
• Highly effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with employees at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to use initiative, to resolve problems, and thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment
• Minimum 12 mths previous scheduling experience in a healthcare setting an advantage but not essential

This is a fulltime position working Monday to Friday. Our Operating hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm, and we are conveniently located in Perth city, with access to public transport at our doorstep.
