Hatch are currently seeking a highly motivated Graduate Digital Engineer to join the Digital Group in Perth in 2026.As The Successful Candidate, You WillWork in a tight-knit and high-performing team with a flexible, friendly and casual culture.Gain well-rounded business, operations and technical engineering experience that is supported by knowledgeable and passionate team members.Have the opportunity to develop your passion through regular two-way feedback and mentoring to drive your career direction towards the work you enjoy the most.Collaborate closely with our client partners to create advanced automation and optimisation solutions.Develop software solutions across a wide range of platformsSoftware development skills in any of the following would be advantageous : Python, machine learning, Allen-Bradley PLCs, SQL, .Net, Java and JavascriptBe involved in projects that span the full solution lifecycle and see your creations come to life i.e.

from synthesis of new ideas to ongoing offsite support.You Bring To The RoleYou will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Software or similar) with a solid academic record.

Interested in applying software programming to real-world physical environments.

Successful candidates will also have excellent interpersonal skills and strong passion for working closely in a team environment to solve complex problems.NOTE : You must apply with a cover letter and submit a transcript (official or unofficial) upon application to be considered for role.
