About the Role

Are you ready to lead with purpose and set the standard for workplace excellence? As the Employment Standards & Best Practice Coordinator, you’ll drive meaningful change, ensuring compliance and championing initiatives that make Parkerville an employer of choice.

• Leading compliance efforts around employment awards, wage standards, and Fair Work regulations – building a workplace rooted in fairness.
• Collaborating with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure precision and transparency in employment practices.
• Managing inquiries with professionalism and finesse, offering timely support and resolving issues with a customer-first approach.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and legislative updates to implement best practices in wage compliance and workforce management.
• Crafting reports and insights to enhance compliance, planning, and People & Culture initiatives.
