The Assistant Director JOC Facilities will lead the development and implementation of plans and procedures for Group Facilities Management, coordinating requirements, allocation and maintenance of the JOC estate.
The AD JOC Facilities will support the implementation of strategies and solutions to support business continuity to ensure the continued delivery of critical functions in the event of disruption. They will be accountable for planning, managing and delivering a range of property-related activities as required by a broad stakeholder group, in accordance with relevant legislation, policy and procedures, to achieve JOC outcomes. This includes industry stakeholders and service providers engaged under a variety of commercial arrangements, of which this role will need to navigate to successfully achieve outcomes.
The AD JOC Facilities position is newly established and will report to the Director of Business Reform within the Corporate Services Branch. The Directorate comprises a diverse team of civilian personnel and contractors working closely with military. The Directorate works closely with HQ Branches, JOC Commands and Industry partners.
