• Requirements
• Lead and manage Dynamics 365 implementation projects from conception to delivery
• Analyse business requirements and configure the system to meet client needs
• Provide end-user training and support during project implementation
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide post-implementation support and maintenance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations) solutions
• Deep understanding of Manufacturing ERP systems and processes
• Experience in project management and leading teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
