Why the role
To meet the needs of our ongoing client demand a fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Perth office for a full-time Paralegal to join the team.
As a paralegal your duties will include :
Attending the Perth office to assist with management of medical treatment liability matters especially preparing briefs to experts and managing discovery of documents and case management.Review draft and file documents including court documents chronologies witness statements agreements and correspondence.Review of medical records taxation documents and other documents relevant to the matter to prepare chronologies and summaries of the evidence.Ensuring your work is delivered on time is tailored to the matter and the relevant issues.File management including diarising and monitoring client deadlines court timetables / orders and other important dates.Assisting with preparation of routine reports.Assisting in managing communications with clients.Skills And Experiences
Who are you
Relevant prior experience and qualifications are desirableExcellent attention to detail strong organisational and time management skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Excellent writing skills including the ability to draft clear and concise documents.Youre self-motivated able to work at pace and hungry to solve problems and cultivate quality relationships with clientsYou have great people skills and an ability to work well in a team environmentCandidates can request reasonable adjustments for any part of the recruitment process.
