The Role

We are looking for two Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisors, one for our Hill Street Bar and one for our In Room Dining Department.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, in this role you will :

• Guest Service : Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Team Leadership : Supervise, train and coordinate staff to ensure high performance and service quality.
• Operational Management : Oversee daily operations, including shift changes, policy adherence and upselling efforts.

Talent Profile

• Extensive product knowledge in wine, beer and spirits as well as Cocktail mixing skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others.
