About the Role : As our Senior Payroll Officer, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time. You'll play a key role in managing end-to-end payroll for a large, diverse workforce, navigating complex awards and agreements, and contributing to continuous improvement in payroll systems and processes.

What You'll Do : Process end-to-end payroll for over 1800 employees across multiple sites Understand and apply relevant awards and legislation Support the management of superannuation, PAYG, and payroll tax obligations Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations Identify opportunities for process improvement Lead and support payroll projects and system upgrades Provide guidance and mentorship to payroll staff About You : Experience in a senior payroll role with an understanding of end-to-end payroll processes Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, modern awards, and enterprise agreements Experience with large payroll systems, Chris21 advantageous High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver Passionate about working in a purpose-driven organisation Why Sunnyfield?
