Randstad is currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer to join the head office of a well-known and growing retail sporting and surf brand in Burleigh Heads. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment, providing high-level finance, procurement, and administrative support.

You'll be working as part of a payroll team of four, supporting the payroll function for up to 1,500 employees. This is a temporary part-time role for 3 days per week (Wednesday to Friday) over a 3-4 month period, starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and manage high-volume end-to-end payroll for up to 1,500 employees across multiple locations.
• Deliver timely and accurate payroll services in line with company policies and relevant legislation.
• Support finance operations including operational costing, financial reporting, and project-related admin tasks.
• Manage procurement and payment processes, including requisitions, ordering, and vendor payments.
• Provide responsive, professional support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring operational goals are met.
