As we grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic

Room Leader

to join our close-knit and supportive team in

Chatswood

to help run the Chinese language program.

As a Room Leader, your core responsibilities will be to

Plan, supervise and implement the program for the room in accordance with the policies,

Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with the focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service

Lead and mentor the educators in the room

Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership with the parents

What we are looking for

A Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education.

Current / Valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC) and relevant First Aid Certificates

Good understanding of Mandarin to be able to run the program

Must have experience as a Responsible Person (RP) in the centre

Previous working experience in Early Childhood Education as a Room leader (preferred)

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team

A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career
