About the Healthcare Quality Intelligence Unit
The Clinical Excellence Division is the focal point for clinical policy development, engagement with the clinical workforce and health research.
As a unit in the Clinical Excellence Division, the Healthcare Quality Intelligence Unit (HQIU) provides analysis to support front line clinical staff to improve the quality of patient care. Our team delivers value to patients and clinicians by using data to provide information about quality of patient care. It is critical that this information is built from a solid data platform.
Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced individual for the role of Business Support Officer for which we have one full-time position available.
As a Business Support Officer and pivotal member of our team, you'll be tasked with a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting the Unit's operations. This includes serving as the primary point of contact for Unit inquiries, coordinating both internal and external communications and assisting in the efficient operation of daily administrative tasks. Additionally, you'll play a key role in organising meetings, workshops, and events relevant to our Patient Safety and Clinical Quality initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and preferably have previous experience in administrative roles within the healthcare sector.
