As a leader in the SuccessFactors implementation market, we have a growing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) practice including both SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors professionals and we are looking for experienced consultants to join our team. We operate across different industry sectors bringing HCM expertise to our client engagements, working closely with our strategy, industry and technology colleagues to deliver HR transformational programs.

Your Role

• Project management or team lead of large SuccessFactors implementation
• Be the design guide of SuccessFactors implementations for the modules in your expertise
• Shape SuccessFactors solutions to help our clients solve complex situations
• Deliver advisory services to the most innovative client organisations
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Pitch in on sales efforts when needed
• Develop and / or deliver the roadmap and business case for clients to address their business needs using SAP technology
